Perchloroethylene (PERC) tetrachloroethylene (perchloroethylene), which the industry calls PCE. PCE is the most widely used solvent across the world for typically Dry Cleaning. Per Chloro Ethylene (pce) is a chlorocarbon with the formula Cl2C=CCl2.
