Application

  • Hyamine® 1622 solution was used as surfactant to examine its acute toxicity and effect on oxidative stress and cholinesterase (ChE) activity in Dugesia japonica. It may be employed as stopping reagent in the improved Eliman procedure for erythrocyte cholinesterase.

Dosage

Hyamine 1622) = 0.01 mol/L in aqueous solution is used as the titrant.
