Application
As a disinfectant, it is used to disinfect surfaces and instruments. Chloramine-T has a low degree of cytotoxicity and has been used in direct contact with tissues. As such, it is used in the treatment of burns, in whirlpools for the treatment of wounds, and as an oral mouthwash.
Dosage
A safe, effective, non-corrosive additive for use in most re-circulating systems when used as directed.
Can be used as a shock treatment, or as a preventative treatment at a dosage of 1 gram per gallon of system value .
