A powerful penetrating mixed chemical products to remove heavy SLAGS, Rock Phospate deposits, LIME deposits. Additionally, it may also be used to remove mineral deposits and eliminate bad odors in tanks and other closed systems. Also Can be used as a COAL REMOVER.

The use of hot water will greatly enhance the effectiveness of the cleaning and should be utilized whenever possible.

Soak Method:-
It may be used concentrated or diluted with water, depending on the degree of contamination, the surface area to be treated, the desired degree of cleaning and the available downtime.Actually, the user is the best one capable to regulate the quantity and concentration to be used for the situation at hand.In any case, when the accumulation is not heavy, a 50% solution with water must be used. Otherwise,RXSOL-22-2201-210. can be used undiluted especially when deposition is heavy and hard spots persist.
Cleaning Procedure
Conventional cleaning methods such as a brush,hard sponge, thick and hard broom and /or a mop can be used on heavy duty and hard stain deposits.Note that for heavy accumulations the cleaning procedure might be necessary to be repeated until the results are satisfactory. Furthermore, is important to keep in mind that 1 litre of RXSOL-22-2201-210 is sufficient to cover a surface area of 8–10 square meters.
NOTE ::: -- Let this product soak into the surface for 30-45 minutes. Then using a high-powered spray washer blast the surfaces until the stains and discoloration is gone.
Note:-
• Cleaning time will vary depending on the extract nature and thickness of deposit to be removal.
• Stubborn deposits should be scrubbed to assist the cleaning operation.

RXSOL-22-2201-210 should be mixed with fresh water to form a solution of 10-30%, depending on the extent of scaling. After using RXSOL-22-2201-210 it is essential to thoroughly rinse all metal surfaces at least once with a 0.5% solution of Alkalinity Control in fresh water. This solution should be circulated for 2-4 hours or until an acceptable pH value is obtained. This will neutralize any remaining acidity & passivate steel surfaces.
