ALKALINE EXTRA Non-caustic cleaning and degreasing SHIP HOLD Cleaning agent, Alkaleen Liquid Heavy Duty is water based powerful ship hold Cleaner. RXSOL-22-2005-220 is a superior Heavy duty and highly concentrated Alkaline Cleaner, containing specially selected detergents and powerful long chain organic syndet , specific salts with surfactants & wetting agents . It is low toxic product with an exceptional solvency power on soil & oily matter & having good foaming qualities. It is free from Hydrocarbon solvents, Biodegradable and minimizes the extreme hazards to personnel in handling materials. It is suitable for SHIP HOLD CLEANING used for cargo hold cleaning after coal and pet coke..
Application
ALKALINE EXTRA SHIP HOLD CLEANER FOR CLEANING OF COAL AND VEGETAL OIL TANKS AND BOILERS FIRE SIDE. This product developed and specialized for SHIP HOLD CLEANING and most commonly used for cargo hold cleaning after coal and pet coke.
Dosage
It can be used as a general purpose cleaner to remove oil and grease deposits.
Using Procedure:
- Recommended concentration for general cleaning: 5-10%
- Recommended concentration for manual cleaning/spraying: 10 - 20 %
Spraying method:
First of all clean and broom the entire area or you can clean with cold water to prevent extra chemical requirement. Then by using spraying machines spray the diluted alkaline extra on entire surface. Directly spray on the contaminated area and let it act for 5-10 minutes. Then clean the system under high pressure. A solution of 5-10% in fresh water can be used for this purpose also , and may be sprayed on and hosed off using high pressure.
PET COKE CLEANING :-
Deposition and Contamination of coal plays important role during cleaning, For Heavy deposition RXSOL-22-2005-220 can be used concentrated ( without dilution ) Spray the product on entire surface area and let it absorve for 15-20 minutes, then Wash with fresh or sea water. Otherwise it can be diluted up to 5 -10% depends on the deposits and contamination .
