Colour speckles invention relates to non-bleeding and quick colour releasing coloured speckles for use in granular laundry detergents and other consumer products. The speckles are comprised of a Porous carrier, a releasing agent, and a coloring agent.
Application
A process for the production of coloured speckles for use in detergent powders which comprises spraying particulate material with an aqueous solution of
colourant characterized in that the solution also comprises a hydratable salt, and the particulate material onto which the solution is sprayed comprises a spray-dried detergent base powder.
Dosage
The colorful speckles are principally used to improve the visual effect of detergent powder. As an ingredient, it can be added to a previously prepared detergent mix directly, in 1%-3% of the final compound.
