Corrosion inhibitor specialized for OPEN COOLING SYSTEM named as ROCCOR OC RXSOL Liquid HD while ROCCOR NB Liquid is specialized for closed cooling system. ROCCOR OC RXSOL Liquid HD is free from metal content like chromates, zinc or other metals.
Application
ROCCOR OC RXSOL Liquid HD scientifically formulated to keep clean open recirculating systems and also prevent from scale formation . Chemically ROCCOR OC RXSOL Liquid HD will disperse scale and corrosive products, silt etc and can be used as an anti-foulant along with other treatments.
Easy to fed ROCCOR OC RXSOL Liquid HD directly from the drum or from a stock dilution tank. The slug feed method can also be used.

Dosage
ROCCOR OC RXSOL Liquid HD is highly concentrated cooling water treatment product, Its small dosage from 0.5 – 1 liter per 10 Tons of Cooling Water. The source of water also directly affecting its dosage as The dosage depends on the quality of the supply water ( Total hardness and Chloride content as low as possible) . Control is by simple colourismetric test.
Optimum result of COOLING SYSTEM can be obtained by maintaing pH level 8 to 8.5 and Total phosphate level should be maintained between 20 and 30 ppm.
