Sodium Naphthalene Sulfonate Formaldehyde Condensate SNF is Water Reducing Superplasticize in brown or dark brown powder, usually used as superplasticizer admixture for the construction industry, also used primarily as dispersants in a wide variety like filler, leather tanning agent, building cement concrete water reducing agent, oil well cement water reducing agent.
Application
- Water reducing agent (SNF)can reduce the water consumption without affecting the normal construction of cement concrete, In the hardening process of cement concrete, there is less water to be lost,so there are fewer internal air holes in the concrete, which increases the strength of the concrete.
- The water-reducing agent(SNF) can improve the workability of cement concrete and reduce the energy consumption of construction mixing.
- The water-reducing agent(SNF) can reduce the amount of cement and water without reducing the performance and mechanical index of cement concrete, thus reducing the construction cost.
- Water-reducing agent(SNF) is no adverse effect on concrete shrinkage and no corrosion effect on steel reinforcement.
Dosage
Sodium Naphthalene Sulfonate Formaldehyde Condensate (SNF) Blending dosage at 0.5%-1.0%, 0.75% mixing dosage advised.
