RXSOL-28-1050-025 is Exciting product treated for prevention of rusting by chemical coating. This product is Single component rust neutralizing system giving excellent adhesion to subsequent painting materials. on applying to metal surface it penetrates through and chemically reacts with the rust on the surfaces and forms a fine coherent film of protective coating on the surface which also serves as an excellent base for the primer.
When a piece of iron is left exposed to ordinary moist air, it is found covered with reddish brown coating which can easily be detached, The process of formation of dust is called rusting. RXSOL-18-1011-025 is Exciting product treated for prevention of rusting by chemical coating.

Application
APPLICATION, DOSAGE & CONTROL:-
It is necessary chemically cleaned to remove old rust & scale deposits before treatment.
DIP CLEANING: -
Small parts may be dipped in an open bucket or tank-containing RXSOL-18-1011 after dipping immediately removes the metals parts from bath. Finally wash the system with water on complete drying. Acid proof gloves should be worn during the operation.
Dosage
WIPPING OR BRUSHING: -
Large components may be wiped down Rags, Sponges, or Brushes soaked in RXSOL-28-1050-025 .Synthetic sponges & brushes should be checked for compatibility with RXSOL-28-1050-025 prior to use. And finally wash the system with water after 2-3 hours on black coating , incase where RXSOL-RC-1011/B dries leaving a coat of white sludge formation wipe out with a cloth and repeat the application then allow to dry. Again wash the system with water. The surface is now ready for primer.
